Boteco
You’ll meet Chef Guto Souza if you visit one of Bengaluru’s hottest F & B spots. His love of Brazilian food inspired Boteco, which is typically the perfect spot for great cocktails and relaxed conversation. Boteco is an ideal representation of an authentic Brazilian drinking spot focusing on top-quality and tasty food. The interiors are lively, with plenty of sunlight and gorgeous murals that are great for the “gram.” The most dishes we like the most are those of Bolinho De Aipim (deep-fried cassava and cheese croquettes) and the massive meat platter. It’s that Lemon Mousse made with Chef Guto Mama’s unique recipe that we’re eager to come back to try.

An oasis of calm in the middle of Bengaluru’s CBD The new resto-bar is situated in a sprawling bungalow from the past. Bombay Borough epitomizes modern India with a flurry of regional and local flavors. The mango tree is at its core and is an ideal backdrop to the vast outdoor seating space. The indoor area is an eclectic mix of holes contributing to the Bohemian style with hand-painted ceramic wall plaques and contemporary art. Indian regional foods come into the spotlight in the scrumptiously curated drinks, including our top choice Memsaab’s Pink Gin. The menu for food will take you through India’s most famous culinary cities with a variety of signature dishes like the Kolhapuri Lamb Chops, Mishti Doi Praline Cheesecake, and Toddy Shop fish curry that hails from Kerala.
